Quote of the Week:
"I was tracking something very slippery, very elusive, and had to use every sense I had to stay on the trail - other people were distracting. Later, I discovered what I was hunting was my own spirit."

MUSE: What is your vow as a teacher?

Brittany: I vow to take the seat of the teacher whole-heartedly and to make myself openly and readily available to the teachings of Yoga so that those students who come seeking may benefit from this ancient tradition.

MUSE: Therefore, who is your student?

Brittany: My students are those seeking to find the unknown in the world and themselves and open to the wisdom of both. Students coming to my class should be prepared to work hard, have fun and leave the ego out of it all. It's one big adventure with boundless possibilities for where it will take us in our practice.

MUSE: What do you think is the most profound aspect of the study of yoga?

Brittany: The genius of Yoga is in its way of going to work on you even when you're not noticing. This has an amazing impact in the world as we begin to awaken to our untapped potential.
