Quote of the Week:
"I was tracking something very slippery, very elusive, and had to use every sense I had to stay on the trail - other people were distracting. Later, I discovered what I was hunting was my own spirit."

MUSE: What is your vow as a teacher?

Cynthia: Be an inspirational guide to encourage and support students while they learn to use their physical bodies and breath to still their minds and draw from their hearts to create a positive change. I hope to influence students to increase their awareness so they can interact and respond more from the true self, and less from the ego.

MUSE: Therefore, who is your student?

Cynthia: My student is someone who wants to explore and invest in themselves so they can discover that yoga is much more than just stretching and relaxation.

MUSE: What do you think is the most profound aspect of the study of yoga?

Cynthia: The powerful comprehensive transformation that occurs on both the physical and spiritual level that balances attitudes, generates energy, and can ease the process of aging and gravity.
