Marcy Westover
MUSE: What is your vow as a teacher?
Marcy: My intention as a teacher of Prana Vinyasa Flow™ is to be open to infinite possibility and constant change that every day brings; to guide us through a wave of asanas using prana to harmonize each movement of the body; and to encourage utilizing the teachings of flow in all that we do.
MUSE: Therefore, who is your student?
Marcy: My students are those who thirst movement, enjoy challenge and are in need of a release of tension in the mind and body.
MUSE: What do you think is the most profound aspect of the study of yoga?
Marcy: I feel the most profound aspect the practice of yoga can offer is the ability to let yourself to be as you are, to love yourself and those around you unconditionally; and to listen, observe and feel the boundless creative energy, the Universal Truth, that resides in each one of us.
