Quote of the Week:
"I was tracking something very slippery, very elusive, and had to use every sense I had to stay on the trail - other people were distracting. Later, I discovered what I was hunting was my own spirit."

The True Teacher

The true teacher,
Understands that the student
Is the foundation for their own learning,
That their relationship,
Based on mutual respect and friendship,
Is the root of Tao,
And therefore runs deep,
Becoming never-ending,
It is said "That which is never-ending returns to the
source",
And in this case the source
Is the love I have for you my students, my friends, my
family.

As my teachers have gifted me with their arts and knowledge, enhancing my own physical well being and spiritual journey, I feel honored to do the same. As a teacher my greatest understanding is that one never distances oneself from the truth that we are all students, and learning and sharing is universal.

Paul Seronko's Bio

Paul began his studies of eastern mind/body arts in 1972 with Hatha Yoga, an art he continues to study. In 1975 his interest in martial arts and eastern philosophy started. Over the years Paul has studied and taught various forms of Japanese, Okinawian, and Chinese martial arts. In 1986 Paul started studies in the arts of T'ai Chi and Qigong. In 1988 he was accepted as a private pupil of Taiwanese T'ai Chi Master Wang Qui Jin. For the past 20 years Paul has seriously pursued excellence in these mind/body/spiritual arts under Master Wang's tutelage and personal studies. In 1993 he began teaching, and since that time, has assisted hundreds of students in their pursuit of these arts for better health, awareness, and spirtual growth. Paul's love of the outdoors and playing in nature is only another extension of his arts.
